6 Week Program

Next Rounds Kicks Off March 1 2025

The 6-Week Glute/Core Training Plan is designed to help you build strength and tone in your glutes and core with a structured program focused on progressive overload. This plan includes 5 unique workouts per week, combining glute and core-focused workouts with full-body accessory exercises to enhance overall fitness. Choose the GYM or HOME version to customize the program to your equipment and preference!

PLUS:

  • 2 InBody scans to track your progress and assess changes in muscle mass, body fat, and overall composition.

  • Regular communication with Heidi Dubé through the challenge to ensure you stay motivated getting the most out of coaching. 

  • App Access to your workouts & Macro Goals

Her approach blends scientific knowledge with real-world application, helping clients reach their full potential both physically and mentally.

Drawing on years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry, Heidi combines a deep understanding of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition with a compassionate, client-centered approach. She believes in the power of holistic wellness, guiding her clients through tailored fitness routines, nutrition plans, and mindset strategies that foster lasting transformation.
